I really enjoy most spells, really good work! However, I do think the fortify spells do not last long enough. 45 seconds and 60 seconds feel super short, so I often opt for 2 enchantments at the max because it feels like every time I go into a new room or I am going to get into a new fight I have to waste 10 seconds to cast everything again.
Is there any way for me to change the duration ingame or out of the game? Because I think a 5 minute duration (that cannot be increased further) is much fairer for the time and magicka you invest.

Gibt es eine deutsche übersetzung für die Mod?
jordan99.evans 23 Jul, 2015 @ 9:47am
you should make a magic mod based off of this http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Heavenly_Body_Magic
Wackydj94 18 Jul, 2015 @ 12:44pm
I personally think the smite balls should be a "BIT" faster.
OneofakindKnight 8 May, 2015 @ 5:29pm
I'm not a huge fan of dual-casting, especially since I like to do more damage too, but since I like Paladins, I'm loading this anyway to try out. xD
OneofakindKnight 8 May, 2015 @ 5:28pm
Soulgriffin, a holy cloak is basically Standarr's whatever they give you for being Dawnguard.
Hinter Knight 23 Mar, 2015 @ 11:10am
Or just make them explode like on some games, That would be awsome! :)
Hinter Knight 23 Mar, 2015 @ 11:08am
Holy cloak would be nice would work like fire cloak but be yellow glow Yeah I know corvenax but atleast it makes sense and adds damage to the restoration tree but maybe instead of hurting undead more just set the damage to the highest it is and add a turn undead ability?, Idk I never liked the turn undead anyways too annoying should change turn undead where they just stand there paralyzed
corvek 2 Feb, 2015 @ 12:17pm
I would have liked this a little more if it wasn't so restricted to damaging undead ... we have enough of "only to this this and this race" in skyrim.
TheGannet 1 Feb, 2015 @ 11:43am
;ay on hands causes damage to living? iirc isn't it basically an on touch healing spell?
Shoddy 13 Jan, 2015 @ 1:14pm
It's a shame that the offensive spells only work on Undead. Wouldn't it be neat if they affect all NPCs but affect undead to a greater extent?

I'm very impressed with this mod. Finally makes the Restoration school a viable alternative.
seanmalone123 12 Dec, 2014 @ 7:13pm
another step to become the skyrim paladin needs, but not the one it wants
Silvher 25 Jul, 2014 @ 12:36pm
The only thing i dislike about this mod is the speed of the smite spell ... it basically crawls towards your foes. When I think of smiting someone, I think of a flash of holy light smashing into my foes and crushing them with fire and light. Not gently brushing them, it also makes it hard to hit people from farther away, but other than that I love this mod.

Can't find any of the Adept attack spells...
Araqiel 10 Mar, 2014 @ 3:33pm
i dont want to grind to get these spells. do you have the codes?
hawksearcher 6 Mar, 2014 @ 8:06am
So, does this flat out not work if I have hearthfire then?
Sly-Scale 23 Jan, 2014 @ 7:58pm
Ah, yeah, agreeing with Eddie Morphling. Invested Magic + this (and a few more tweaks) would essentially be adaptable enchanting of your own body.
ppaladin123 26 Dec, 2013 @ 4:47am
Too much at master level...not enough at the lower levels. The original restoration pack you made was better distributed across levels.
Kobold-Kun 23 Dec, 2013 @ 8:48pm
dude, you are just bas ass, now playing as a pure restoration mage is worth while, and on top of thatm your custom spells do what most other restoration mods don't, thay actually level your restoration :D I salute you good sir
Smol_Elf_Boi 5 Dec, 2013 @ 3:17pm
these spells go great with the Paladin Armor mod (i have the paladin armor mod and am going to try this one).
Wilder 15 Oct, 2013 @ 8:10pm
cant find em' had to console them
Florida Man 24 Aug, 2013 @ 3:47pm
Umm, its a real bitch to have to cast like 20 spells every 60 seconds to get the full effect, do u think u could get the guy who made "invested magic" to maybe collaborate with you on this. If some kind of a merger could be made it would make this pretty much the best spell pack out there
Alacrytous 21 Aug, 2013 @ 3:29pm
I can't see to find any of the spell tomes in game. Any idea why?
Wriath 16 Aug, 2013 @ 1:50pm
So do the lay on hands spells not heal friendlies anymore?
David Chapelle 3 Aug, 2013 @ 4:13pm
make a paladin armor set
Cimbera 20 Apr, 2013 @ 9:28am

Okey Thanks VooduRaj
Voodu  [author] 4 Apr, 2013 @ 9:06am
No DLC required but works with all DLC. You can buy them from normal spell book vendors or find them as drops throughout Skyrim.
76561198057339643 25 Mar, 2013 @ 3:44pm
And where can i buy the spells?
76561198057339643 25 Mar, 2013 @ 3:36pm
Do you need dawnguard or any dlc? xD
eggs 8 Mar, 2013 @ 2:53am
it would be very underpowered
Whiska 24 Feb, 2013 @ 9:29am
Is it possible to increase the speed of smite to the speed of turn undead...?
MLEM MLEM MLEM MLEM 13 Jan, 2013 @ 4:29pm
@kayakcamper Its not actually OP if you think about it. It only does 30 damage to undead enemies and everything else takes 15. Being a Paladin spell it makes complete sense.

All in all...the number of spells is actually quite overwhelming. I'm not sure I could actually see myself managing so many in addition to the existing spells and melee.

Some criticism for the mod. I would recommend not making so many of the spells master level. Try splitting them up, or making lesser and greater versions of the ones you only have master versions of. Attempt to condense spells, such as the 'fortify x magic' could be condensed into either a single Fortify Spellpower or Fortify Offensive Spellpower/Fortify Defensive Spellpower.

Hopefully my criticism has helped. I'm short on time so I can revise and add to it later if need be.
Yotarian 9 Jan, 2013 @ 7:06pm
Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems like some of these spells are just a little OP. 30 damage for a novice spell seems like a lot to me. I think I'll just have to try it anyway to see for myself.
Chronos™ 9 Dec, 2012 @ 11:46pm
if there not too stronmg it would be like in Oblivion°!
The Dankest Doge 18 Oct, 2012 @ 12:22am
has it got a flaming sword?
Iceschneider 30 Aug, 2012 @ 3:26am
Wow it works again and is better than before, really good work.
Voodu  [author] 29 Aug, 2012 @ 3:57pm
That should reslove the issue. It seems that I had accidentally loaded the Dawnguard.esm at some point while I was working on this update and so the mod required it to run even though I didn't use any resources from the DLC.
Voodu  [author] 29 Aug, 2012 @ 3:20pm
I found the problem and will have a fix up within an hour or so. Sorry for the delay.
Iceschneider 29 Aug, 2012 @ 12:47pm
Just tried with only your mod activated, still crashes so compability with other mods isn't the problem.
Iceschneider 29 Aug, 2012 @ 12:42pm
Yes, i don't have dawnguard.
Voodu  [author] 29 Aug, 2012 @ 12:03pm
@psz-mail - Interesting. I haven't had one CTD in testing myself but there are about a million things that could cause a conflict. This may or may not be the cause but are you running any other Magic mods and do you have Dawnguard installed? I didn't use any resources from the DLC when making the mod in the hopes that it would remain compliant with and without Dawnguard. If it's not, I will repost the last version that was created before Dawnguard and post this as a seperate "For use with Dawnguard" mod. Thanks for the report!
Iceschneider 29 Aug, 2012 @ 10:31am
After the latest update my game crashes after launching.
PremiumFunkBoy 11 Aug, 2012 @ 9:01pm
Its working now thanks for the heads up
Voodu  [author] 11 Aug, 2012 @ 3:45am
It's probably Steam. It's being funky this morning. Try again in a little bit and it should be working again.
PremiumFunkBoy 10 Aug, 2012 @ 9:57pm
im encountering an error during download any idea what it could be?
Clamos 28 May, 2012 @ 3:57am
I can't find the chest for some reason.... Could someone clarify the location for me?
Bachmors 23 May, 2012 @ 7:52am
Very nice mod! There are too few self-enhancing spells in the vanilla game.

Some constructive criticism:
50% Weapon speed increas is waaaay overpowered though :-D (20-25% would be more appropriate, since the spell lasts for 60 seconds and you can cast it again right away)
The 75% resist increase against all elements is also too powerful in my opinion, with one spell that you can keep up indefinitely you are almost impervious to all elemental damage, if you also have a bit of magic resist. 40-45% would be more balanced I think (just slightly more than the single element-resist spells with the added bonus that you've got every resist in the spell).

Could you perhaps put an alternative version up here or on skyrim-nexus with a little more balanced versions of "fortify Weapon-speed" and "elemental resistance". That would be really great :-)

Thanks again for this neat spell package!
