why call of duty? the games dont even have that good blood effects
Wish I could bud, but on the rare occasion that blood showed up in that game, it was underwhelming to say the least. I have a couple unreleased addons that are similar to the decals though, so just be on the lookout for those.
Hmm.. try this, in the Main Menu, open the Console (You may have to open the Options tab first, before it will let you open the Console. I have no idea why).
With the console open, type in "menu_cleanupgmas" (I think that's the command, it will list it as you start typing). Hit Enter once it''s type out, the console will clean any uninstalled addons that still have traces left in your Garry's Mod folder. You should be fine after that, I can't think of what else would be causing it from a Workshop perspective.
