lovely mod the generic carriages unfortunately the wheels are not animated so they drag along the track.

quick update to fix the availability date of the assets, and reduced some redundant files, reducing the overall file size significantly.

UPDATE: Re-did the assets menus to reduce clutter, as well as some minor mesh fixes and tweaking files.

I also combed over every variant and redid the door placement to that they should all be much more flush with the carriage.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen that and thought 'I should fix that' and then just completely forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder! I've just updated the mod so that's fixed. :P

Hi @Gr1m. Tiny little thing on the early bogie carriages, in the depot list. Both coaches B and F are called 'front brake' but F should be 'rear brake' Apologies in advance for my pedantry !

UPDATE: Added some extra placement functionality. Assets will now be able to be tilted using the o,p,[, and ] keys.

Yep, the carriages now have seats for passengers to sit on, not just float there.

@RolandBP - I just updated the Generic Small British Tank Engines mod and accidentally broke one of the files. I'm just testing it now to make sure its fixed. I'll update Workshop version with a fix within the next 30 minutes. Sorry about the inconvenience!

I have been using this mod for quite some time and today my map that I was using last night was playing fine, but this afternoon my last save would not start, so I tried an earlier save but it also failed.
I went to Task Manager which just replied with keep waiting or end.
Then I spotted a message saying a LUA error had occurred.
1066780/1939655442 UK042T9 {etc, etc} including Gr1m_4c3

I took a copy of the message with the "Snipping Tool", but not sure how to upload it.

Yes, I can see why it's a low priority right now. New models are far more important to be honest.

KIlla, Steve, MastaNerd, and yourself are all back. Now we are just awaiting JK's first mod/port...:P

Had a little natter with you and Killa recently on the discord group about modding which was insightful. I'm 'lukusss3' on there with the Mr. Bean picture. Not as cool a name sadly :P

Okay, so I've updated this mod and the other variant of it, so between that and the patch all the doors should work properly now.

@Stay on target, Porkins!: It's on a to-do list, but it's also fairly low priority on a fairly lengthy to-do list at this point, so all I can really say at this point is that I would like to, but I'm not promising anything at this point. :P

Good to see this mod back on here for TPf2, Gr1m! Was just wondering that as now we can get up closer and even into the carriage with the camera is there any chance of a fleshed out interior?

So just as a heads up, but there's an animation issue with this mod at the moment that I'm currently aware of. I'll try and push through a patch tomorrow, but its already pretty late here so I won't be able to get it done tonight, unfortunately.
