Hello, I like your mod, but I wanted to know if there is any way in which the modern sidewalk maintains the original color or how it appears in your other mod *Small road pavements, highway lining and shoulders* and not with its white color that looks like tiles big

I love everything about this mod other than the extreme brick-red sidewalks in era A. Would kill for a pack that retains the nice default textures.

Could it be possible that you make the new asphalt roads appear after like 1950? 1960? They start appearing too early, which ruins the old vibes imo

Yes you need to generate a new map for the roads generated on said map to be updated with the mod content. The mod does not automatically change all already generated roads on a vanilla map.

I noticed it removes a few default roads, I had not intended this. I still like some of the vanilla roads and I wanted to use them for my play through.

This mod still didn`t add pavement to small city road to my game. I hate small city road without pavement, it looks awfull. Any help?, did I need to start new game??

Fun story from real life:I discovered Macadam in real life out in Wyoming. You can fly on it with wide tires, but turn off your vehicle's stability control. I pitched a 4-runner to drift through a curve, and the VSC durn near took me off to the inside. "Smart" AI is not smart. It's mud-spelt-bass-akward-dum as donkey dung.

Arctyc, that is the problem of this mod. Even when you change the load order, this mod will always override road textures. The mod developer should use DDS image file in stead of TGA. Then the hierachy and inheritance system will work, and the load order principle would be respected. I already mentioned it last year, but the mod owner is not responding anymore.

Of course it does, donmiwi... What did you expect? It's a mod that adds road textures. If you don't want it to overwrite other textures, change the load order so the other textures overwrite this one.

Thank you, both city and rural roads look better. The rough rural concrete roads may at first look a bit odd from a distance but are terrific from the driver's view. Your brick sidewalks bring back memories of my 1950s childhood in suburban New York City. Job well done!

Hello Sparky66, I noticed that you have some of the textures saved as "tga" in stead of the original "dds" files. This works for you, but breaks the inheritance principle. TpF2 has a preference for tga, no matter if other mods using the correct dds extentions are trying to overloading your mod for personal preference,

So, could you save your textures as dds files, and remove the tga file, please. That would be true to the inheritance phylosophy, and make people happy. ;) Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the mod. I can build dirt roads in the countryside, but cannot create towns with dirt roads, to make them more rustic. Is that possible?

Yes. The default tarmac/asphalt textures. It is even visible in your *before* screenshots.

Could you change that the white lines at highway exits/entries go throught at the crossing sextion and not stop. And also that the arrows disappear ?
