Navigate to your steam workshop install file Config folder
X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1942730184\Config
Open the XComRookiesChoiceWotC.ini file with notepad
At the end of the file on line six find the entry "MaxChoices=3"
Change the 3 to 7 (or whatever number of class options you desire)
Save the file and exit notepad.
+DisplayMappings=(ScreenClass="UIChooseClass_RookiesChoiceWotC", PositionProfile="PawnRight")
You can use the ini settings to increase the selection to the total number of available classes though:
In the mod directory (by default) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1580764750\Config
is XComRookiesChoiceWotC.ini
In that file, you can change MaxChoices=3 to however many classes you have and future promoted soldiers will have access to all classes.
Yes, I have not altered the behaviour so it still obeys the following conditions:
SoldierClassTemplate.NumInForcedDeck > 0 && !SoldierClassTemplate.bMultiplayerOnly
Maybe I'll try this mod instead just to see how things work out.

They seem to do the same thing but thought I would check for any difference on your end.
