Really good but his nair needs hit-stop. While functionally different, it doesn't FEEL different. The hitstop will give the move weight and facilitate a better response from player on the receiving end of the otherwise quite powerful move.

george Seinfeld made the character I changed up basic stats gave him colors and changed nair to knee

this character is really cool. awesome moveset. every single move he has is really good. animations are really cool. however, compared to the regular rivals cast he is crazy fast and strong. super fun char though
