Hello, I have a question. Despite researching all technologies and constructing all buildings I can not recruit a lot of the late game units, such as austrian knight (late), austrian foot knight (late), austrian seargant (late), austrian spearman (late) and some other. I do not see any recruitment icon for the mentioned units. Its not about not being able to recruit them, because they are greyed out, no, i can not find them in the recruitment tab. Please help.

Is there a way to increase the rate at which nobles and bough's build up manpower. It sucks (despite the realism) that you have to wait so long between getting the best units when you can afford them.
