I had a closer look at your mod to see if I could figure out how to include similar within my mods but honestly it's incredibly daunting to me atm the amount of work involved. So for the time being I'll just continue to setup houses with the option to be used alongside this and direct people here.

You'll need to make an account download the launcher for the new CK and upload here: https://mods.bethesda.net/#en/workshop/skyrim
Adoption in a current game seem not work. Think for this i would need an official house to adopt one first, then maybe move it to my mod house. Maybe.
But i think for making this adoption/children thing working fine, a new game is needed.
But satisfied yet. Nice mod !
