If you ascend you lose all benefits of the policies.

Yes back when it was worked on it changed them to be more powerful. Policies.

War doctrines are already in the vanilla game, just want to know which vanilla file has the war doctrines so I can edit them

Mass Assault's Ship Build Cost: -25% does not work with NSC ships (ex. dreadnoughts).

Is this compatible with other mods? Do the fleet policies bonuses work with NSC mod (ex. dreadnoughts and flagships)? Does this mod need a certain load order to work properly?
