Hey everyone, i'll be updating this mod to 1.3 soon. I'll keep this version up for compatibility, and Milk is allowed to keep their port up for 1.2 players! Keep an eye out for the 1.3 update.

Are you planning on updating this to be compatible with 1.1? Rimworld feels empty now without prawns...

Hey, I've been looking for a mod that adds alien races but without any considerable buffs or debuffs to default humans. I think it adds character to a colonist. This mod is perfect, thank you so much for making it!
It really helps that I'm a fan of the movie too, haha!

Kay, update should fix them spawning. Did some testing and they spawn with caravans and such. I recommend the faction mixer mod if you have a lot of races installed.

I also made it so they're a bit more susceptible to some traits, like nudist and nimble.

@OptimusPrimordial yeah I'm having issues with them showing up as well. I'm gonna try and figure out how to fix it. I thought I had factions figured out correctly, but apparently not. The uh. Wiki for the mod framework is not very good, and the help discord is not helpful either. x) So i've basically been on my own trying to put this thing together. Will update as soon as I can fix.

I went through the available player factions in the scenario editor and these guys don't show up. How are you meant to play as them?

Instead of just removing the mood malus they should get a mood buff from eating kibble akin to lavish meals.

new faction items would or racial buffs/debuffs would be appreciated. The new additions rather than just a different looking pawn are...um a lot of the fun, like most of it, like very much a lot of it

Great mod! I will not indulge in asking for their super advanced mechas or weapons, since having them as a race is already pretty wizard.
