I really feel the road should be a dark transparent black, I can't see what I am collecting as the background appears through the road.

collected tiles do not contrast so you cant bloody see what you got built up...

Audiosurf was my first game on steam it still rocks!
this skin is by far the most joy i had with any song. hands down.

I've had this issue as well since one of Dylan's updates a few months ago. To be clear, you're only getting it before the song starts, correct? I'm not entirely sure why it's happening, especially because I change nothing about the HexSpheres between Ultra and High settings at all but because it was limited to before the song started, I was okay with it. This issue also happens to all the other BuildMesh objects in the game, including the grey blocks, so I know it's an issue with them. My hypothesis is that when the ship is traveling at a set speed to begin the song, it's messing with the game's reading of its actual velocity, thus causing the BuildMesh objects to spaz out between minimum and maximum size.

You can see that the balls look weird. Since it's a picture, it doesn't show the balls stuttering or spazzing out. This is on Ultra settings with 8x antialiasing but I don't think the antialiasing matters. This happens with Hyperdrive 2, Turbodrive, and Rainbowdrive.

Could you link a picture or try to describe the issue more? I haven't had this problem yet. I still need to test it but it would be great to have that information.

I found a temporary fix. I had my settings on ultra and turning it to high makes the balls act normal again. I would like to play on ultra though so a fix would be appreciated.

Not sure if there is a fix for this, but the balls on the outside of the track are being weird.

@Nonjojalol Although I want to get a better shader for the color blocks so that it's easier to see them, the transparent track is part of what makes my skins what they are. The issue for me is that I have no idea how to code shaders so I'm sort of in a limbo right now.

The transparent background makes it harder to see the blocks you're collecting in mono.

In puzzle modes, you have the lowest value block color set to black. When on your grid, it is nearly invisible. I would suggest turning it to blue.

When a complete column of blocks is a match, the block graphics in said column will enlarge somewhat; when this happens you can see an ugly flicker between the tops, bottoms, and sides of these blocks. It is most horrible when a full-column match is next to another full-column match. It is easily fixed by changing the "puzzlematerial" shader in the "SetPuzzleGraphics" code block to "VertexColorUnlitTintedAdd".

Finally gave some love to Turbodrive , the runt of the litter! He was feeling lonely with his outdated graphics and poor color scheme so I gave him a new scheme in the form of twins! That's right, two sister schemes will now randomly appear (And they're both better than the first one! No more ugly lemon color!) So if any of you are interested, stop by Turbodrive and leave a thumbs up if you like it! Let's see if we can break that 1k barrier!

It wasn't really a bug, just my eyes not being able to take the flashing lights everytime I hit notes. I think its in all skins and it was something added in a patch.

No, they work fine. The bug was because it wouldn't properly update. Looking at the images, it's been like that for a while but just go to Hyperdrive Simplistik. That doesn't have the skyscreen that's apparently hurting your eyes.

Those flashing lights, if you are talking about the skyscreen, are supposed to be there and aren't "new" they were broken by the dx11 update. Just go to Hyperdrive Simplistik because I made that WAY earlier to help people deal with the changes from Hyperdrive to Hyperdrive 2.

Hey guys, just thought I should at least put something up about this but Hyperdrive 2 is now officially over one YEAR old! We've grown so much together! It feels like just yesterday I made Twisted Classic (which was posted Oct 19, 2013)! I honestly don't regret anything I've done so far with as2 and have enjoyed both our ups (the hype for Hyperdrive 2) as well as out downs (when I can't actually update the skin). This has been a great ride and I assure you that as long as this game still exists I will never stop being around, no matter how busy I might get! So as some perspective, in this last year, we've accumulated ~3,500 unique visitors, a total of 5,250+ subscribers (although, some unlucky ones unsubbed), 45 favorites, and have a 99% approval rating! (darn that one dislike!) Seriously, you all are awesome! Especially those ~1,000 of you from the very beginning, I love you all! Thank you all for your fantastic support and happy surfing!

@Dylan I tried putting out an update for Hyperdrive 2 Temporary as well to fix the issue with the colorblocks but that also just uploaded a separate file. It doesn't have two authors though so I'm not sure if that's the problem. I also don't think that this issue is limited to me since some other people have had the same problem but not that much new content is coming out right now so there isn't all that much feedback for it. I hope this gets sorted out. :(

Yeah, that does seem to be an issue. I don't have anyone to play this with so I never even thought about double vision before. I'll try and fix that and put up an update. Also, regarding resistance, I think I'll try to add more hexagons, but resistance itself I felt just didn't fit the skin enough, sorry. In the mean time, it seems I may have to upload this skin from before the update, which is kind of depressing because I was so excited for this update. Oh well.

Love the Hyperdrive 2 Skin, but since the update when I play double vision (which is what my girlfriend and I play all the time) the colors are Black, DARK purple, Dark Blue, and Green. The colors looking very similar combined with the see through grid some other people are having issues with, makes this skin completely unplayable for us.
If you could fix that somehow, or even just realease the pre-updated version by iteslf, I would really appreciate it.

Also bring back RESISTANCE!

PSS: I have this hooked up to my projector /80in tv and drops are like staring into the face of god, If he were the sun.
