Someone who doesn't know how alpha replacements work, which is also why The Island never got the Dinopithecus spawns... This does not really give a lot of faith in the mod.
Rex Carno Megalodon does not refresh~

That will cheat spawn one.
To Game.ini

Can swap one in for a Tek Rex or use a simple spawner.
I've been having a massive titanoboa overspawn on the island in the swamps. dino wipes havent done anything. honestly just wondering if im the only one having this issue or if i can fix it somehow.
I've tried npc replacements in game.ini but for some reason it didnt work.
Simple spawners is generally recomended for this type of stuff given the author provides the blueprint path for the creatures.
