Anyways, when I restarted the game to see if that would fix the problem and get me my trinkets back, the slots were back without an issue.
And i am running this version, without other mods, so i definantly know that only this mod could expand the inventory
If you're using the built in load-order simply go in and de-activate whatever other trinket mod you're using & it should get rid of the offending file and let this mod load with priority. Giving this mod higher priority alone won't cut it.
If you manually downloaded the mod (usually through nexus or some other site) you need to go to this filepath: STEAM\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\inventory and figure out which file there is overriding your changes.
Because they are too many
I'm afraid I can't help you because I don't know what kind of mods you're using.
You have to manually remove some of your mods (hopefully without breaking your game save) to see if it works.
I can already think of the busted things you can achieve with this many slots.
