Didn't the Ordnungspolizei wear police blue uniforms with the standard police brown collars and cuffs? Your depiction looks like regular infantry with the police wreath on the side cap. Nevermind they were under "dsad". Ragdolls have purple textures. Weirdly the playermodels don't though.
