When I try to deactivate the range attack of my monsters it doesn´t work..... It´s kinda hard to deal with stuff when your rathalos whants to help you by setting everything on fire XD

Could/Would Brachydios be one of the next monsters youre gonna make? Because if it did it would probably have cool mechanics (The goo n everything) but i understand if it would be too much to code. Anyways i love the mod,keep making great stuff!

Most monsters spawn on a map via an event, selecting a monster to spawn based on current temperature on map, so they should spawn on any biome if conditions are good.

There are some monsters however that are not in the event pool and spawn naturally (mostly low-tier stuff like Velocidrome/Kulu-Ya-Ku or small monsters like Aptonoth)

Is this mod compatible with biome mods? specifically the Regrowth mods. Usually modded pawns don't tend to spawn in biomes not listed in thei files of the mod.

The reason most modders are fed up with CE questions is that they are such a constant stream of demands that at this point it has became a meme in the RimWorld modding community. I dont do CE patches because I dont find it worth the hassle, and I personally find CE a bad mod.

Has anyone figured out the issue with shields not being equip-able with their respective equipment? I'm driving myself insane looking through the defs in an attempt to find the solution.

I really like having the Monhun monsters around, but is there a way I can cut out the weapon and tech tree stuff? I could do without it.

(Aside from cherry picker, it's a lot of stuff.)

I'm having a similar issuw to one that was posted lower, in that none of the shields are useable with their main weapons. IE Gunlances, Swords, Chargeblades, ETC

Also, I've been using Medieval Overhaul, which changes the way gaining leather works. I don't expect you to make a patch, but just wanted to let you know that under MO none of the monsters drop any leather

some suggestions and corrections:

there should be a way to evolve a male jagrass into a great jagrass (also why can male jagrass even breed if they aren't adults?)


black dragons, and hight tier ancients as untamable cataclismic endgame events


global quests to hunt monsters

monster variants, and recolors (even if they are just "rare, more priced, and colorfull versions of already existing monsters), and unique monsters lique deviants as quests and events (can't be tammed)


change certain animals (like most pasive herbivores) to be herd animals

hmm Im trying to use gunlance with gunlance shield and in description about gunlance shield says: ''A large steel shield for use WITH the gunlance'' but when you try to equip says unusable with gunlance how I can use both?

I would like to suggest adding more cold-inclined small monsters to the list. Due to some silly settings (no vanilla animals, nothing but Monster Hunter and PokeWorld alongside the palamute and felyne mods), when in a boreal forest the game just kept throwing giaprey and giadrome onto the map without end. I was getting 4-6 alerts of them trying to eat my critters/pawns a day until they all left for the summer, and my fridge is stuffed full of gia corpses. Having some things like Zamites, Popos, Anteka, and Baggi/Great Baggi could help out some, alongside some of the smaller large monsters that don't need an event to show up (like Kut Ku, Tzitzi, and Pukei in temperate forest). Popo and Anteka could well use vanilla leather types, even.
As well, though the game is saying giaprey leather exists, I've gotten nothing but giadrome leather from them, which...has a rather large sharp resistance at 180.

the leathers really need a boost. the elder dragons get outclassed by thrumbos pretty heavily. Makes not care about them or the rest of the monsters tbh. Could you make the leathers better then vanilla?
