Yes. It won't make already tainted items untainted but it will start working onwards.

@Jinks, it is probably due to how simple the mod is, since it is just a single prefix that always return false on Notify_PawnKilled is run. Don't worry, if this is mod is necessary I won't remove it.

About your edit. - So far this seems the only no-taint mod that works reliably in multiplayer, so I would really appreciate if you keep it working. :)

That is strange, I tested it together with more than 50 mods and no errors, I'm making a fresh install on geforce now to test it as well but it seems to be a particular problem on your end maybe? After updating to RW to 1.1 try to check the integrity of the installation files.

For the record, after moving to the 1.1 version after updating, I found that the 1.1 version also cascades. I tried it with just the 1.1 Harmony Package, the Core Game, and NoTainted.

It produces this initial error at the beginning of the log, which may be responsible:

Sorry about that, I was updating the 1.1 version might have copied the wrong file, I reverted the 1.0 to the github version, tested it and it works now. Sorry about that.

I reverted via the Github's previous version and it now loads again, just to confirm.

Yeah, I can confirm the same thing as GreatHeart. This isn't compatible with 1.0 anymore. It causes an error cascade, even with an empty load order other than this mod, and empties the mod list.

Updated to new Harmony which now is an outside requirement for 1.1 only.

@Greatheart I don't know why, but when used in conjunction with other mods it was really give errors and resetting the mod list, I tried a lot of things and none worked so I literally copied another mod folder, and edited the files and it worked. It seems it had an issue with about.xml somehow because other than that it only have assemblies and they worked fine when I injected them on other mods.

Anyway, should be working now.

@Ibmaian yes, it seems we are patching the same function, while I don't let the function run, he is letting it run and then setting the flag to false later.

@Greatheart That is strange, are you using it on 1.0 or 1.1?

Not sure why but this causes a cascade mod failure regardless of load order for me. Several other mods throw errors even when this is loaded last. :(
