It should have damage reduction or something but pyros can light it so you can set things on fire :3

when set on fire does mini crits and lights enemies on fire.

normally all-class melee weapons aren't for the spy and engie, because they have special uses for them.
With that said, i love how it looks! specially the demo, the pyro and heavy :3
