@karltherbt, RICO right now is woefully broken. I have tried the guide you have referred me to, and prepared the necessary XML file. I have tried to set the workplaces as "2" to no avail. Pasting the same file from other workshop assets work, but only if the number of workplaces are large (I tried 100). I have no intention to make a RICO addition that makes one tiny shophouse have an unrealistically and unbalancedly huge workplace numbers.

Thank you for the link, I will study it and figure it out after I finish up with yet another shophouse model.

About the other request, I will figure out after the RICO thing, whether if there is a need to rework the UV map in order to achieve the request.

What do you mean by a multi-shophouse version? Do you mean increasing the size from 2x2 to 4x2?
