This building repeatedly disappears/deletes itself for no reason after a couple minutes. I haven't figured out why. It acts like it's connected to the road (boardwalk ped path that is just a fance 2-way road), and has no apparent issues. It then vanishes. Any clues? It's built onto a beach, but it's not like the water reaches anything other than the 'framing'. do I need to build the structure up higher or something?

As the items don't exit it fails to load properly, I had to unsubribe it as my game crashed

I only reuploaded this asset file. Its not mine. The asset creator deleted his account and a friend had save this asset. So we could give it back to the community
