@CyberVibes Because of a missing University Creator Pack. Odd that this error never showed before, but they must have changed some handling of the situation in the patch. I bet they never loaded in the first place, but now at least we can be aware of it.

cannot find these in theme manager, nor find it. Tried "River Trace", tried "01X" where x is A, B, or C. Edit: Wait oh yeah I tried River trace 1 before as well same issue. There must be a DLC needed.

@gsims doesn't require Campus but University City Creator Content Pack, in which I used the same texture maps (that I obviously created). This house would not exist without building off that work, so a non UC CCP alternative version would have no textures
