Regarding Dubai-styled assets, I am afraid not for now unfortunately, though they're definitely interesting to consider in the future.

This whole Lebanese pack brings something I think was really missing from the workshop, there just aren't a lot of good basic middle eastern assets and these are wonderful. Do you think you'd ever do some of the houses/mansions from Dubai? I think they'd fit in quite well with the whole middle eastern fusion theme!
