Ans I just saw that you seem to be the original author of the Thrumboian Race. I got really involved in Rat Knights stories about them on youtube, so thanks for making that! :]

Ok thanks a lot for the explanation! :>

This was made before XML Extensions existed, and not everyone may want to run that mod, or need any of the additional settings from it.

This helps cut down anything unnecessary if the main mod is the only one out of their list using XML Extensions.

Could someone explain why this mod is needed, when there is a setting for this in the original mod? What am I missing here? Allahu akbar!

Updated to remove incompatibility tag and disables the option setting for the production methods, so the choice is locked in to avoid conflicts with the internal settings.

If you have XML Extensions, this patch becomes in-built within the main mod as one of the many new settings, so you don't need to specifically use this mod for that purpose, which means one less mod in your list.

I'll revise the overall structure of the settings and side modules that becomes included features to toggle, and disable certain parts of the menu.

Technically it is safe to add even with XML Extensions, as long as you don't touch the menu settings regarding the production method.

It says it isn't compatible with "XML Extensions" mod... but that one is needed for EPOE forked.

The version has been a change in 1.2, before 1.3 was even announced.
However, there is a legacy version that you may refer back to, found here.

Simply load this module above the main mod, and you will have all material costs and crafting methods reverted to the old ways.

I own all of the dlcs, but I am currently playing on 1.2 still as that was what I was playing on before the update dropped. If old version has been changed on 1.2, then is there any way I can edit the files to allow for assemble bills or has that just been completely gutted from the mod?

@AR3S
The crafting methods and materials have recently changed to 100% match vanilla's, and the upgrading from prosthetic to bionic was removed in the process to make the entire process more simplified.

Your prosthetic items can be salvaged at a machining or prosthetic workbench for some steel and 1 component, if you don't have a opportunity to sell them to recover costs.
If you have Royalty, the prosthetic table still has a function to make some of the unique body parts there.

For some reason I can't upgrade my basic prosthetics to normal bionics, but I can still upgrade to advanced bionics with bionic parts, even though I have both this and EPOE installed. I'm not sure what files you would need to diagnose this issue though.

thank you!

Was to add a LoadAfter tag for the upcoming EPOE-Forked: Legacy mode, to assist with load order. Main mod updating soon to version 3.4.0 "Return to Vanilla" where there will be an overhaul to the cost of prosthesis, and other numerous large changes.
EPOE-Forked: Legacy mode, maintains the current exact way of doing things, for those that are not able to adapt to the changes midsave, or simply enjoy using components for bionics instead of vanilla's cost of using advanced components.
I put through effort to ensure people can leisurely choose how they want to play their game with these options open.

Nothing has changed with this module mod itself, it will work all the same with either.

curious on update?

@biship
Technically, can be placed anywhere and will have the same effect.
But as standard practice and organisation of mod list, recommended to do so. It allows you to easily visually see everything related placed together.

Does this have to be loaded after Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering - Forked?
