I think you need to fix the galactic custodians end session ability because I can't end halfway though, but near the end of the session, which is pointless.

I'm with Vision, I wanted to host a game with a friend with this mod but because they don't have Federations we have to skip over this mod.

Can you remove the DLC as a requirement for it? We have players who don't own the DLC, but are able to play with it from someone who has it hosting - but we can't use the mod because not everyone present has it.

It's probably not possible but it would be cool if there was a way to make resolution speed changes into a resolution, so you'd start at vanilla speed and could halve or quarter the time it takes for a resolution to pass, possibly alongside some other modifiers representing the administrative burden speeding up the galactic senate entails, like increased influence costs for proposed resolutions

@KuanKuan, I ran into the same problem aswell and some other people aswell https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/stellaris-repeated-resolution-proposal.1358227/#post-26381650 I think this is a bug in the AI Behaivior. If the problem still appears when you try opting my mod out please let me know, that I would take a deeper dive into the Prolem and try fixing it
