It should work now. I don't have any experience with gui modding so the gui for stateview still looks wonky, but it works.
I haven't tested it on other computers yet so there might be some compatibility issues.

it also breaks the fuel storage on silos in the sense that you could suffer a full blockade and not give a damn about foreign imports as far as rubber and oil are concerned.
nuclear bombs also tanks the cpu due to the sheer quantity.
will admit however, this mod is indeed must have if you dont desire the mod that develops the actual state size categories. Good Job!!!
