Go to your Garry's Mod maps folder and delete the .bsp file. If that doesn't work verify your game's cache. If that doesn't work backup all your addons and reinstall.

Not to poke at what I shouldn't or just be a nosey person, but this map has somehow broken my game. I tried joining some TTT server with this one running, and the download looped over and over until I eventually left. Then when I try to join ANY other server regardless of gamemode it begins downloading this map, which it can't. I even subscribed to it and downloaded it here and this process repeats. Please help.

gmad to extract the .bsp if the map is an addon, bspsrc to get the original map. What you get will not be the exact same file the creator would have and in my case there were many bugs and missing textures I had to fix so keep in mind you will probably have to meddle around a lot
