in ultimate, feint jump has this little auto-stomp that happens if you land on an opponent without doing the main kick. that's just.. completely absent here

Personally I didn't add Flashing Mach Punch because I thought it would be too similar to Onslaught.

Love this, although I do miss flashing mach punch (I'm not sure is flashing mach punch would be good in aether but i love it in smash the bros very much)

Yes, I changed it in a recent update since I was pretty unhappy with Head-On Assault. I just didn't think it fit well with Rivals and it was difficult to strike a balance between connecting well onstage, and killing too easily offstage. So I thought Headache Maker from Smash 4 would be more interesting.

I ended up kinda unhappy with it too though, so there's a chance I change it back someday (maybe).

Parrystun time is usually universal on normals, I believe. Although it applies after endlag, so a move with high endlag will give you a bit more time to punish. Either way though, I think Mii Brawler fstrong should be able to punish a parried opponent, although it's pretty slow so you would need to do it without too much delay.

my friend parried me (i was kirby), tried to do an uncharged fsmash, and i hit him before he did it
twice, with different moves
fsmash should probably be slightly faster and maybe stronger

Oh, that isn't something you can determine. The knockback indicator lines are for "Directional influence", or DI. It's a mechanic in both Smash and Rivals which lets the opponent change the angle they get sent at. So if the opponent holds inwards, Suplex will send them up, but if they hold outwards they will go behind.

when I turn on the Knock-back indicators in practice mode it shows 2 lines, sometimes it picks one line sometimes the other line, Suplex as an example either throws them upwards or backwards and I'm not sure how it determines which to use

I don't know what you mean by "knock-back options," but you can select special moves on the character select screen using the numbered box in the corner.

I've noticed the attacks all have 2 knock-back options but I can't seem to figure out how pick between them if that's even an option... any chance I could know?

I'll see if I can try to fix it so you at least get a fixed moveset but it might be tricky.

Is there a way that it can be fixed? I would even take a clone mod made by you who has a fixed moveset. (one set what fits best)
I love the smooth animations of your mod and I always play random mod character with friends on the couch and would hate to pass this one up!

Ah yeah, that makes sense. Currently the specials are set to be chosen from the CSS so I guess there might be bugs when you bypass the CSS entirely with random.

It seems that if you get Mii brawler picked from the "random mod" character the icons will flash by and it seems to be bugged.

The recent Rivals patch broke characters who use the new CSS functions, so Mii Brawler does not currently work online. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

This character is genuinely one of the most fun I've played. They feel balanced, and I like that you can change the specials. Is Mii Gunner in the works?

hmm, odd. it may be that steam didnt delete those files from the character when i made new animations? if you go to the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\383980\2034474077\sprites, it should be Brawlers sprites, maybe see if there are multiple copies of any of those animations and if so, delete the bigger ones? not sure what else it could be.

this is the only character that has this problem for me
when you run or do bair, upair, or uptilt the sprites become unreasonably large and move diagonally down and forward to the original sprite

The sprites work fine for me. Steam is inconsistent with updates sometimes, so maybe try removing the character and reinstalling? I'm not sure there is anything I can do since it isn't an issue on my end.

Love this! I main Brawler in Ultimate and playing Brawler in Rivals is something I never expected would ever happen. He's really fun, it's interesting how you made the jab combo into up tilt, that's really nice!

Two notes, one when you use Shotput in Ultimate while you are in the air you can drift left/right a little while it comes out, which allows you to aim it just a bit. Perhaps the lack of this is intentional for balance reasons among the three neutral specials, just wanted to note.

Two, in Ultimate when you land with neutral air you can often mash tilt stick to do a really fast forward tilt which combos at lower percents, however the timing feels for that feels weird here, feels like there's a lot of landing lag. That said, sometimes it does seem to come up fast? Maybe I'm just hitting the stick too fast and ultimate handles that differently than Rivals. Only spent a bit with Brawler here so hard to say.
