just asking, is it able to pump oxygen on seats while on mars?
OctoBooze  [author] 7 May, 2020 @ 2:47pm
Of course, it's meant to be used :)

Hi! can we take this to play on our small public server?

So compact, so beautiful! That's really great craft! Would like if it will change starter packs

Cool modifications, maybe OctoMoose could update this vehicle to include them :)

I also added a ladder to the back so that you can easily climb on top.

As far as I know I didn't. It was flat terrain that I was driving around on, just testing it out. Didn't even jump it.

Right now the projector is in the middle of the lightbar, but I'm sure you know of a better place to put it.

Nice modification idea, didn't even think to include a projector for easier repair since I know the thing inside and out! Never had parts fall off mid drive though, you sure you didn't hit anything?

I added a projector for repairs. Also I'm going to modify the front somehow to add some armor. While driving around, somehow lost the left side lights. Didn't even hit anything. Needs some sort of front bumper.

Thanks for making without any DLCs.

Love your "realistic" builds and I'm absolutely on board with rovers over flying machines, but re "always been unlucky with rovers" at 50m/s.... that's 180km/h, or 110mph; over unpaved rough terrain--and in a game struggling with physics as it is--what do people expect? ;D
OctoBooze  [author] 26 Mar, 2020 @ 11:57am
Glad you like it! I'm in a real minimalism mood, trying to achieve as much with as little as possible so expect more to come :)

I love everything about this rover! The design, the handling, the minimalism...

It's like driving a Top Gear special
Judge Kronos 26 Mar, 2020 @ 6:25am
I am trying to build a Vtol so I can carry around a rover drop it and use it to explore. Rovers are more energy efficient but time wise fliers are un beatable.

I used to have a mobile drill base which I loved driving around mineral to mineral then one day I hit a tree and it luanched to the moon.... 1.4 mil kg vehicle getting lauched was funny but that ended my rover carrier
OctoBooze  [author] 26 Mar, 2020 @ 5:55am
I'm the opposite, I just can't be bothered with flying machines too much. Rovers are much more engaging to drive around in compared to flying around in my experience. Rovers are <3

Yeah I have always been unlucky with rovers. Over time I figured, stay small, stay slow and then stop using rovers :)
OctoBooze  [author] 26 Mar, 2020 @ 2:38am
That's a good idea. Sometimes at above 50m/s speeds tires can explode randomly. Even with spares onboard it isn't fun to have to stop and perform some repairs :D
Judge Kronos 26 Mar, 2020 @ 1:36am
I keep the top speed at 50 like to MKII. The to more tires make it very useful for longer journeys as you start strapping more stuff on it...
