pretty sure this is NOT broken! (as of 3.4.5)
juggernaut ship designs work, may need to rebuild if you used a new template and name
the special +30% ship hull and armor module works, but take care that armor +% is capped at 100 and you may already be hitting that with repeatable armor tech

Any chance that we could get a version without the new components? ESC 3.0 already adds new specific Juggernaut components.

@MaythemX8 yes that would add much more flavor to the game. I haven´t found a way to do something like this yet since the Empire limit is directly coded in the ship_sizes file. If I find a way to circumvent this I will implement it

@Elisandre, yes the AI should use these components. By building the strongest Juggeraut I could think of combined with some strong endgame level buffs I was able to reach up to 137k Fleetpower with four Solar Beams, if you fill the other slots with weapons from other mods you might be able to reach much higher values though.

What about, to make things more interesting, binding the number of Juggernauts you can have to the player's naval cap?

0 cap=1 Juggernaut
1500 cap=2 Juggernauts
3000 cap=3 Juggernauts

It gels better with the logic of naval cap. Each Juggernaut is effectively a "worldship" with the population of a small moon needed to crew it. Naval cap should logically determine how many your empire can support. Plus as a conqueror it gives you an actual reason to have a massive naval cap despite having a runaway post-megastructure economy that can bear the brunt of any overage costs.

oh p.s. what total power does your juggernaut have fully upgraded? i only find mods which either adds several of them, which doesn´t make it feel unique for me or makes them WAY too op, so AI has no chance, like half a million fleetpower etc. I am looking for something up to max 100k i guess
