So if I understand correctly the default percentage is only 1% and max out at 5% ?

the crash on load is not this mod it is something else in your load order conflicting with it as i run this with over 300 mods no problems with only unitsonmission on and it has no issue might be using another mod that overwrites the same file

@lenankamp - After a quick glance in the AXP_Settings it looks like you are missing two lines n the function LoadSavedSettings, one of them being the UnitsOnMissionOnly.

@lenankamp - I checked the box for UnitsOnMissionOnly in the MCM and now it's crashing the game on load.

@lenankamp - Just like MrMister said, all of my units are gaining xp by default, which does conflict with the description's default settings. I just realized that my soldiers are getting promotions even when not on the mission, which is not what I expected. The thing is, the configuration file says that UnitsOnMissionOnly=true, but in the MCM the box is unchecked. I think that you may have a discrepancy somewhere.

Are you sure about the default options? The "Units on Mission Only" is disabled by default in MCM.

Incidentally, I recommend you make all MCM toggles below that grey out if "Units on Mission Only" is disabled, because they won't take effect unless it's activated.

This mod makes no changes to mission rewards, so should be fine with any changes to mission rewards. WOTC Flawless also overrides nothing and should work fine. I used RealityMachina's Pyrrhic Victories as a reference for determining Mission Completion status. So I know it should work with that mod regarding verifying Mission Completion. A mod that change what counts as a success in a different way could cause the XP reward to not trigger, but I do not know of any other mods that do this.

Surprised it took this long for a mod like this to emerge. It'll be nice to soften the blow on higher difficulties when 'kill em all' isn't a particularly viable option.

I've waiting for such a mod ever since LW2 because I am trying to make my own take on the guerellia style of gameplay and this works perfectly. Thanks for this =)

This is great for me, as my standard approach for Facility missions in WotC is to send in one Reaper and be gone before they can stop me.

By default settings this mod gives XP only to soldiers on mission, but it can be set to give XP to soldiers in barracks the same amount of XP. And yes, both XP for opponents dead or alive are added together if option to reward kills is used in this mod, or if this mod is used with All Soldiers Gain XP.

Hello. If I understand well, XPFA grants additional XP only to soldiers in the mission while All soldiers gain XP distribute them as well to units in barracks ? Am I also correct in assuming that the additional XP distributed by All soldiers gain XP are based on the modified total after applying XP for avoidance ?

Yes, it works for both Lost and Advent, using appropriate KillContributions so Lost are still reduced XP. Raider Factions from what I looked at are included with the Lost from what I understood, though KillContributions still vary by unit. Alien Rulers escaping will be counted, and Renegade Rulers are likely the same if they are similar to Raiders. Considered not counting Lost, but I play with raiders myself and wasn't sure how to differentiate the factions.

Yes, works with All Soldiers Gain XP as neither overrides anything, they just both trigger by the same event which "should" not cause a conflict, included that functionality as well because it was convenient and I wanted a XP multiplier higher than 1 for personal use. If using the All Soldiers Gain XP function within this mod, it is different in that it should only reward Completed Missions.

I usually just go in guns blazing, but this is interesting, could imagine setting up mods that focus on small guerrilla operations without the game shafting you for evacing early.

This works on all missions, for both Lost and Advent? Will it also grant a KillAssist on escaped rulers? Does grant it for enemies from raider factions (and for rulers if using Renegade Rulers)?
