BECAUSE HE IS CRAAAZY!
I think the main thing is that he's a bit small. Other than that, some minor tune ups would be great, but overall, this characters is really fun to use!
right now he feels underpowered. it seems to be inspired by this https://youtu.be/zIzooNzXrpY moveset except less. The set-up based nature of this video's moveset is definitely preferable to his more projectile-based gameplay now.
I think his hitboxes should be bigger on his forward smash and back air. His hurtbox and sprites should be bigger, and sprites and art could be improved on all fronts. As a whole, I think the sprite art is holding the character's hitboxes and gameplay back, making everything feel a little too clunky and unpolished. There needs to be more cartoonish emphasis, especially with the area of the chomper's bite and snapdragon's b-air.
Keep going at it :) I think this character can really grow into something unforgettable!
