@alexjk: each district can have the same policy, it seems to me that each building carries its own parameters in same district.

@luminou: Oh right! So does the ball park and your other campus DLC assets help the campus upgrade with attractiveness. Plus use the same district policy’s on them?

You are almost right, if you convert it, asset lose its original values and adapt new ones (building, park, prop... it depends on the parameters you give it)

@luminou: so these Camus dlc building will add to the attractiveness of the campus and help level it up? As well as make money and, put on events. Also, I’m a noob who was a life long console player, so my bad if this is a dumb question at this point, but if I convert this or another building to a Ricco ploppable does the underlying asset lose its original value(attractiveness, tourism ex) and just turns into a prop?

@Static:With the DLC "Campus, there is a color variation on sports buildings, i've jus adpapted this asset like the vanilla's model.

Does the vanilla one have color variation as well? If not you should add it, it looks wonderful with those vibrant colors!
