Could you make the character a tad bit faster, i feel like hes a bit too slow, and the angry sun is ment to quickly swoop down.

This is probably one of my favorite characters, actually. You took a memorable minor character and fully fleshed it out into its own thing. It is just such a unique character that is perfectly obnoxious. The down special with the fire monster hopping around is also just a very fun move to use.
