Yes, you can technically add any mod manually by transferring the contents of the mod folder into "steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon". It's obviously risky with more complex mods but with mods like this or color palettes or character skins, it's simpler.
Added the location of the files into the mod description.
(So that I can find it manually)
Thank you for notifying me! This might've been unknowingly an issue for a long time. It should be fixed now, all of the files show up in the modfiles.txt now. Thank you, you are the very model of a modern major general.
@sinnettjustin In fact I have been working on some new hallways and backgrounds for CC, but don't hold your breath, I like to take my time with these. I'm not sure with CoM though, since the way backgrounds work in that are different., but I will be looking into that as well.
