this character is the worst thing to curse this game ever. combos are impossible to do on him due to the fact that he is so light. his moves are spammable and most of them are unpunishable. i get that this is your first character, but could you please tone him down a bit?

Yeah I'm not exactly artistically inclined myself, so I know what you mean. Best advice I could give would be to either work with someone who is good at pixel art or to just keep trying on your own and you'll get better. Honestly the art for 4 isn't horrible, so keep in mind to try not to be too tough on yourself too :p

I have tried some new concepts for characters, but i am hesitant on who to make because I'm not very good at sprite art, and if i think the character looks ugly then i just can it and it's been giving me alot of trouble, because i wanna be the one to make the sprites but I suck at sprite art, or rather i want to have creative control over the sprites to make them look exactly how I want, but then again my skills are rather lacking, and you can see it in this character, with most of the sprites using a copy-pasted frame from the walk animation as a base.

It's alright. Are there any other characters you're working on? I like the idea and the style.

Sorry, but I'm not sure i can do that without completely changing the move, and for now anyways, i am not going to work on this character anymore.

Pretty cool character that shows promise from a new creator that is unfortunately ruined for me by that terrible screeching sound effect. Just remove it. People spam it constantly, and it's cringe.

Maybe you should give this character abyss runes. it can optimize gameplay.

Ok. Thanks! Maybe i will nerf his jab again if so many people are having issues with it. It's really no big deal.

The patches do make this character more balanced. I just finished playing a match with him as of typing this. But I do have a small nitpick. Which is the jab's high edgeguarding. I understand this is probably not that big of a deal. But yeah.
I do in fact encourage you to make more mods. Hopefully we could get some more BFB characters. If you need help with any movesets. Just tell me. :D
