Oh wow thanks! You seem to have the same drive as me. After I visited Miami last year I went and started the project.

@1:05 has my "Ocean BLVD" which is very inspired by Ocean Drive. The night time is glorious! Cant wait to place your building in it. Maybe we could have this an episode?

Thank you! I took a trip to Miami a couple of months ago and fell in love so I wanted to recreate it in Cities Skylines. I noticed a shortage of art deco buildings on the workshop so I learned how to create assets and here we are today.

these will look great in my Miami themed city called Palm Brooks ! So far I only had Breakwater and Century as actual buildings. Do you like Miami Vice?
