Made some minor fix, please check

But because NSC removed the restriction on combat computers, every ships get to use others combat computers that doesn't belong to them, including colossus, so you should expect to see colossus get all combat computers when using this compatibility mod

When I close this mod, I find that the aircraft carrier combat computer will appear in the design of the NSC aircraft carrier. If I open this mod, there will be no.

It seems that it's because of the savegame I used, or I haven't developed the most advanced T-slot weapon.
In another re opening game test, I found that I could choose the T-slot weapon of ESC
