Danke!

Hi train-trains, wow, you just completed another little series of my creations. Great to see that you enjoyed the tour with the BR155. Indeed it's an amazing route and also really good rolling stock comes with the DLC. Many thanks once more for your kind feedback and I'm looking forward to hear from you again. Cheers, Coasty

Hi Coasty, Another very interesting serie with a great route. Thanks once more. Lot of fun. Cheers.

Hi David, unbelievable that 4 weeks just have gone by....... I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing break. Impressive to see how may series you have driven..... and now, I just can say that I just published a new mini series a few minutes ago. Unfortunately there wasn't any update by DTG since the last weeks, so the issue remains, but I tried it in a different way and hope you will enjoy the new series. Nevertheless, I hope DTG will fix it "soon"..... Kind regards, Coasty

Hi Coasty! We're back home from our four week caravan holiday in the south of Ireland (I live in Northern Ireland). I've been driving your various German Series (In the West, Going South-West, End of Line, Tirol Freight and Back towards the North) on my laptop, and, needless to say, enjoying every minute of each one! Unfortunately, I didn't have particularly satisfactory WiFi, so I couldn't communicate with you on a Series by Series basis. I have indeed all over again thoroughly enjoyed driving these creations, and I just want to thank you again for the lot! I don't think I will ever tire of driving what you have produced! Please keep up the excellent work you do! I hope some of the issues you were earlier encountering have been properly resolved, and I look forward to driving your next two or three Series! (Greatly enjoyed our holiday, by the way!) You'll probably be badly in need of a holiday yourself. Kind regards, David.

Hi David, Great to see that you have driven this series again.... and even better to read that you have enjoyed it once more. With regards to your incident in part-3 my best guess is that you have touched the regulator as there are also settings to run-up/down.... fortunately you made it at the end.
Nothing new from DTG, so let's wait and hope.... In the meantime I will proceed with another creation which does not show any issues..... So, looking forward to hear from you again.
Best regards, Coasty

Hi Coasty! I see it's just over a year since I last drove "Back towards the North"; I've driven Parts 1 to 3 all over again and enjoyed each one immensely (just as if I had never driven them before)! I had an ignominious accident when I was driving Part 3 yesterday evening! I was reversing on to the second consist when somehow the regulator started 'running up', and I seemed incapable of stopping it!! So, you will be able to picture the result! Fortunately, it's only a game; I drove Part 3 again this evening and completed it successfully. Thanks again for all the work you put into producing this series. I sincerely hope you have made some progress , or DTG has, in resolving your difficulties with the latest update to TSC. Just as well you have another series in hand which is not affected. I'm looking forward to seeing what you've come up with! Kind regards, David.

Hello Coasty, this serie was really GREAT and I enjoyed it very much. Prepared with very clear instructions, perfect traffic and trains in stations and many many details around the tracks that made driving a real excitement. Looking forward for another series and THANK YOU!

Hi David, many thanks once more for your kind feedback. Really incredible to see that you drive my creations all over again. Indeed there are probably always new things to see which one has missed before. I hope you will enjoy your caravan tour in the North of England and also hope that you have sunny wheather. Maybe there will something new, when you are back ;-) Best regards, Coasty
david.angus1977 3 May, 2022 @ 4:34pm
Hi Coasty! And now I've headed "Back Towards the North" and have reached Bremen! I have thoroughly enjoyed driving all three Parts of this Series again. I just love seeing all the little details you incorporate and, specially, all the AI. Your creations are always SO alive with activity --- just as it is in the real world, particularly in these great railway centres in Germany. So, my warm thanks again for all your careful work in creating Parts 1 to 3. I'm still looking forward to your next production (or productions)! I shall from next week be in our caravan touring for five weeks in the North of England and Scotland, so I shall be using my laptop instead of my desktop. Kind regards, David.

Hallo Coasty,
:steamhappy:

Hi David, many thanks for the flowers.... and a BIG thanks of course for driving the entire series all over again. Great to see that you have enjoyed it once more and probably you may have even seen details you haven't recognised before. So, what's coming next on your side - I'm just looking forward to hear from you again. Best regards, Coasty
david.angus1977 1 Sep, 2021 @ 4:17pm
Hi Coasty! I have had another very enjoyable drive of the three Parts of this series. Each one has been just brilliant! And I must reinforce what I said the last time I drove the series --- the great thing is that you really do feel part of the action. I think it's because there's so much going on around you! Totally immersive! My warm thanks again for all your work in creating the three Parts. Each time I drive your scenarios I realise that, of all the authors I know, you are away out in front. Thank you, and kind regards, David.

Hi Coasty,
BR155 series completed. Great routes with a lot of potentiality (Munster Bremen is gorgeous).
Your scenarii are still so beautiful, always a good intro and a lot of fun riding all those routes.
Now I'll go to england to run your other scenarii.
Thanks again for you great work.
Cheers. Traintrains.
Coasty  [author] 24 Mar, 2021 @ 8:59pm
Hi David, wow what a feedback again. First of all a BIG thanks from my end for playing this little series all over again and for providing once more feedback to each part. Really great to see that you liked it and indeed, my aim is that the player should feel to be "part of it" rather than just driving down the line. Great to read that obviously you experienced exactly this.
As you may imagine the kind and style will be the same on my latest creation with the Class 57 on WCML... so, you probably won't be bored, will have to explore quite a few things and your dispatcher keeps you on your toes... Hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, Coasty
david.angus1977 24 Mar, 2021 @ 4:46pm
Well, Coasty, I have finally reached Bremen safely and very enjoyably! That was another superb run, or series of runs, and you've got so much going on throughout! All the AI is just fabulous --- nicely varied and all very interesting! And as is usual with your scenarios, it all worked perfectly! It has dawned on me that your work provides a very immersive experience for us players --- you really do feel as if you are playing an important and central role in the whole activity! It is just a brilliant experience! Thank you SO much for the quality of your work and for all the enjoyment you provide. (And I spied the lady-friend and her dog --- she was in the long grass beside the track at Kirchweyhe!!) Now I'm looking forward to driving the Class 57 on the WCML in Britain! --- another four scenarios! That couldn't be better! Kind regards, David.

Coasty  [author] 10 Aug, 2020 @ 8:54pm
Hi Rammy, Many Thanks once more for your kind feedback. Great to see that you liked this little series. Also thanks from my side for taking the time to give this series a try - especially if you just had a "dark period" around TS for the last 5 months... must have been a series problem.
Hope to hear from you somewhen somewhere on another series in the future. Cheers, Coasty
Rammy 10 Aug, 2020 @ 11:08am
Excellent Mini Series really Enjoyed them all. This was a new start as Train sim crashed on me about 5 Months ago and nobody new what was wrong. but its back working fingers crossed. Thank You.
Coasty  [author] 18 Jun, 2020 @ 8:50pm
Hi David, Great to see that you finally made it to Bremen. Many Thanks once more for your kind and comprehensive feedback - really much appreciated.
Indeed, quite a lot to see in this part - especially when you stay close to the line speed (without any hectic of course) and I'm sure you'll see further details when you play it all over again.
So, a BIG Thanks from my side to give this series a try and also for recognising the tiny little things around. Btw the graffiti is part of the route, hence no need for me to add it, but at least that was one reason why I let the player pass Bremen Central station instead of ending there.
At the moment I don't have concrete plans about further series - just collecting impressions on various routes around the globe. So, let's see where I will end up :-)
Hope to hear from you in the future again.... Best regards, Coasty
david.angus1977 18 Jun, 2020 @ 3:50pm
Hello again, Coasty! Like Mr Gasman below (I think he and I are kindred spirits when it comes to driving your scenarios!), I also couldn't wait to drive the third in your series, but, now that it's over, I too am sad!! There's only one remedy for him and me --- to drive all three all over again! The point is, that you have incorporated SO much surrounding activity in each of the scenarios that one is bound to miss seeing some of the action on the first time round. A re-play is likely to reveal many more details. Coasty, this is another superb scenario, with an interesting and most enjoyable set of tasks, and with loads of AI traffic and surrounding activity. Makes for such realism! What brilliant graffitti on the wall to the left just at the ending! I am always grateful you don't have a timetable built in --- so much more relaxed and enjoyable! Thanks for the whole series. Where are we off to next, please? Regards, David.
Coasty  [author] 4 Jun, 2020 @ 6:55am
Vielen Dank.
Coasty  [author] 16 May, 2020 @ 9:02pm
Hi Scott ("Mr. Gasman"), Great to see that you have completed this little series and even greater to read that you liked it. So, many Thanks from my side for taking the time to play all parts and for your kind feedback to each of them - really much appreciated.
The graffittis on the wall are part of the scenery - so the credit goes to the artists who have worked on this route. Personally, I like such little details very much as it looks natural compared to a 'clean' scenery :-). Cheers, Coasty
gasman222 16 May, 2020 @ 3:54pm
Well, Coasty, I couldn't wait any longer. So I had to finish this set tonight, which makes me sad. It was another great scenario, you always make me feel like I have put in a full day. You start us in the am and we finish much later in the day. You are a tough task master, but like Oliver, I have to ask for more please!! I was wondering as this scenario ended and saw the graffitti on the wall, if you were the artist?! A great set of activities, thanks so much for creating and sharing, it is much appreciated, stay well!!
Coasty  [author] 5 May, 2020 @ 9:20am
Locomotix 4 May, 2020 @ 10:16pm
Guten morgen Coasty.
Coasty  [author] 3 May, 2020 @ 8:38am

Danke
