Create a folder somewhere, drop your compiled vk into that folder. And then select that folder with the tool. I think that works.

i can't select the vpk with the black mesa publishing tool.

it doesn't work because you have to put your files into a vpk.
So it should be *filename*.vpk, and inside there you have your models folder.
