This is pretty nice, a little unfortunate that it went under the radar, it has potentials

I'd say some things:

1.) The camera shake when shooting is unnecessary, leave it to valve's default

2.) The reload's camera shake could be improved, I didn't say you have to remove it since it can help compensate with the currently a little stiff animation which isn't bad

3.) The same can't be said with the draw/deploy animation though, it needs work, but still usable

This is really nice, and a M16A3 model is a wonderful sight compared to other M16 variants.
