Wota here. Excellent job trying to recreate it.

Notes -- based from "walking" around the Don Quijote building in Google Streetview: the large door at the left side of the building (if facing the facade) is actually a garage with an elevator; the doors to the rear leads to a small pachinko parlor (I think) and further up into other shops.
