Thanks gfgw2, I like manual switches best but when it comes to getting the AI to do what I want them to do I love autoswitches. Getting my train past an autoswitch has become a problem at times on certain routes but I've found little trick(s) to help me to get them to activate, works most of the time. Sorry you got a red signal. that is one of the things I look at the most is making sure you can complete the scenario with no hold ups like that one. All the red signals I came across while testing I was approved to pass. But in the end if you SPAD a signal just to finish a standard scenario that is fine as long as you look both ways. :)

This Dovetail route is nicely done except for the incorrect use of dwarf signals and electric switches at all the mine sidings...... not real world at all. Manual switches with electric locks connected to the signal system are the norm. Still enjoyed the scenario very much. Keep up the good work and add even more traffic to your scenarios in the future. Real railroading is about patient waiting sometimes. gfgw2

Hello RBJets, Enjoyed the Southbound scenario too. Ran into a glitch at the end when I received a stop indication at St Paul East. The Clinch Valley train was running south off the N&W and I had kinda drug my feet for a bit between Dante and Boody, which may have been the culprit that kept me from getting a favorable signal at East St Paul. I asked for permission and it was denied. Since I had saved approaching the signal, I waited on the Clinch Valley train to exit the portal and I didn't get a clear to proceed so I just blew the signal and the game didn't object so I proceeded on to the finish. One of the drawbacks to this game platform is its signaling. Continued..

Yes, sound good. I plan on using the entire route, the "Southbound" scenario was finished with GP38's but they would drift at the beginning of the scenario a lot. So I ran it with the SD40's and worked a little better, I might upload the "Southbound" GP38 version at another time.

Thanks for creating a series for the Clinchfield. I need all the excuses I can find to run this beautiful route.
