@StevnG Unlike the Black street criminals are kinda organized and sometimes help together, They aren't that organized and showing up in some small areas only, Most people couldn't even recognize them at all.

@StevnG Oh well, I misunderstood. Yup! There are latino street gang members in GTA V, Even though I didn't port them yet, They even have their own voice lines and clothes like Black Street Criminals.
