What error messages do you get? Are they related to not having Mass Transit installed?

tired going into map eidiotr to added the highways but it just non stop error screens

Haha you're welcome! You may be able to open the map inside the editor and add vanilla outside connections and a two lane road instead of the highway.

I have all the required mods and also Network Extensions 2 but some of the roads, highways and tracks do not spawn in on the map. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Glad to hear that! I'd recommend removing trees from areas where you don't plan on building, freeing up more trees to use in your own builds.

I tried the map without the Unlimited tree's mod. It just blocks you from adding more foliage. After I removed a big square of tree's, everything was fine. So no game-breaking stuff going on without the mod ;)

I'm not exactly sure, but it's most likely the latter. You could try opening the map up with unlimited trees in the map editor, bring the tree count down to like 200k, and then save that locally and use it!

What will happen if you play this without Unlimited Trees? Will the game just crash or will it just remove a ton of the trees? I really don't think my computer can handle 370k trees but I really want to use this map... :steamsad:

Yeah there's a mod where I can add custom connections at any time.
I tested it out without the DLC, didn't have any roads but could use trains :)

Hey Schmorgus, I don't think that would be possible since some of the outer connections are made using national roads. Sorry.
I'm not 100% sure but you may be able to replace the national roads in the map editor.

Looked interesting until I saw how far back the start tile is on the map and how slightly empty it is. Maybe move the start tile to the other side.

Hey M3NTALI5T, are you talking about the start square or the edge-of-map highways? The start square has a national road running through that connects to both the edge and a proper four-lane highway. Do you have the mass transit DLC?

Thank you for this great map! I really liked Sutton Bay and found it fun to try and make that tiny highway connection work for a mega-city. However, I am looking forward to using all 81 tiles here to create a truly big city

Thanks! I made this map primarily for my own build, which is a rural area loosely based on Eureka, California. The areas that don't have roads mostly won't be accessed at all! (well maybe some farms or something)

Very Nice, like it, especially those premade spots for some villages. I already see there will be some nice trainlines through the hills. And no unnecessary roads around the map 90% will never settle (though might be a problem for some, with alle the traffic coming to town :-) )
