By request here are my 17 attempts at a Nurgle terrain. I wasn't happy with any of them in the end but you may find one you like, let me know if you do:

Copy the packfiles to your "Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data" folder and they'll appear in the launcher.
