Hey, not sure if you were the one that uploaded and delete a version of this to WH3, but could you port it over?

Hey I was wondering if it was possible to do a version of this for WH3, CA has broken every sync kill for WH2 units with the IE release, wasn't sure how you did this fix maybe its possible for WH3 as well?

No mods are truely "needed", but be advised that CA regularly messed/messes up the unique griffon animations, either by mistake or deliberately (I don't know TBH), which results in excluding all other griffons doing the infantry grab n' loop move aside from Deathclaw, while they are sharing the same model skeleton, hence did I create this small mod.

You should certainly try and see if there are any other unique animations that need fixing, cause this version of yours is stunning in battle. Especially in cinematic battles.

'' community bug fix'' that mod is irrelevant is it not? pretty sure I asked the creator if it was applicable to this version of the game and he said no.

@Nesher666 I remember asking a dev about it years ago and he mentioned the entries in the db\kv_rules table for matched animations . e.g. matched_combat_percentage, matched_combat_min_hitpoints_to_initiate, and matched_combat_formed_charge_percentage.

I don't know, they didn't contact me yet that they would like to incorporate this small fix.

TBH with you I don't know how I can manipulate the trigger interval. If I will have more time on my hands I may try to dig deeper in this matter later on.

I couldn't find the forum links for you but if you go on Youtube and search for "warhammer 2 unique animations" you will find a couple of videos showcasing these awesome animations and AFAIK one of them even states in the description that sadly some of them are indeed factions/game (WH1 or WH2) specific while others are not.

As far as I have gathered from all the information around the TW forums it is an animation coming from WH1 and this is why it's only working with WH1 factions.

Same deal (just the opposite) e.g. with the Carnosaur grabbing and tossing an enemy troop up in the air then catching it while swinging around, it is only triggered with WH2 faction troops.

Sadly I don't know about any way around these WH1/WH2 specific animations at the moment. :/
