The only value I changed was "DustInflationFactor" to a value of 0.0002 which seems pretty balanced to me.
DustInflation BaseValue="0.001" MinValue="0.00025"
DustInflationFactor BaseValue="0.00002"
worked well for me so far with an healthy inflation around 2% in late game on a huge map, it scales with map size, number of enemies etc so on a small map with few enemies 0.0001 could be advised.
setting it to zero breaks the game in some edge cases so don´t put any zeros in there or crazy things will most likely happen XD
e.g. the calculation of revenue from trade lanes and its growth are also connected, and 0 can break many calcs.
But 60% of the time, this mod works everytime. :-D
Would this mod have any incompatabilities?
But tl:dr if any faction can sell 10 adamantium for 5k cause inflation. Lumeris are not exactly winning.
sure, prices going up seems bad for you. it is, but it goes up in relation to the total dust generated in the galaxy. The richest people set the pace, and the smaller factions are hurt more
like a half or quarter of vanilla values
