They drop the same light leather as normal rats. But they can be sheared for wool. The wool has better cold insulation than sheep wool.

Hey is their leather different or also light leather? I think maybe they should drop better leather than regular rats.

I have no idea how to do that, but they aren't SUPPOSED to spawn there. I have this in their code

Would you add some mod options to enable and disable them in biomes? I am in a tropical jungle and nearly 50% of all rats are snowrats. :/

Ok guys. It looks like the changes to animals were fairly minimal, so hopefully all my animal mods will work now. If they misbehave, let me know and i will try to get to it when i can. but life has been very unfriendly and busy.

They are fuzzy like that picture. Though I admit is can be hard to see detail since rats are kinda small and the game doesn't zoom in very far. But I did try to make them fuzzy. Should I make them fluffier?

The picture included is so cute, any plans to edit the Snow Rats to be fuzzier like that picture?

Unimportant Person, as far as I understand it, meat and leather are determined by body size. Since these guys are only a little bigger than normal rats, they drop 19 light leather and 35 meat, as apposed to 16 & 25. As for wool, they shear for 15 wool every 10 days. I figured they shouldn't produce very much individually since they are a small critter. I gave the wool a bit better cold insulation than sheep wool.

How much meat/leather/wool? Would like a bit more info! Love fluffy rodents, tho!
