@tylerjordan360 the Ai Enabled Vanilla npcs mod might fix your issue. The "populated" ones act funny for me as well but this one returns normal game function for me

Why not keep it up for the niche few? AI Enabled doesn't have the robots spawning naturally. You have to use a spawner unlike this mod plus it removes the vanilla creatures which also effects the Alien and Earthlike animals and makes them useless with Daily Needs as they don't even spawn anymore. I like AI Enabled but I wish it didn't remove the vanilla creatures and allowed for natural spawns BC the world feels lifeless and having to spawn enemies in instead of them being naturally spawning breaks immersion. Yeah there's mods like Populated Worlds Creatures and Populated Worlds Humanoids that fix that issue but for me those mods unfortunately didn't work.

The scripting belongs to jTurp who has been working to make AiEnabled as accessable as possible. The MES spawn goups is familiar to those who have worked with NPC's before.

I didn't know there were any dedicated server issues there is a chance it's been a issue all along I wouldn't want to string you along saying the mod will get fixed but feel free to join us on the AiEnabled discord to discuss your NPC's

It's a pity, based on your Police_Bot, I created a whole branch of interesting NPCs, because I more or less figured out the script and it is possible to change weapons, and your AI Enable is too complicated and cumbersome, with a bunch of things I don't really need, in any case, thanks for answer

Need your help. The fact is that if you run the mod locally, everything works fine, but if you run it on a Dedicated server, shooting from bots does not cause damage, global permissions and everything else, of course, checked. Please advise where to look to fix it

I think after the next keen update i will pull this mod so everyone should look towards AIEnabled for their robot goodness.

I think the app I wrote for AiEnabled to clean the sanbox file may help with the issue, here, as well.

could be a sandbox corruption the bot spawning gets full and they stop. try with a fresh save to verify.

This mod is fantastic, love the fact that some of the robots can shoot back at you, but some of the robots that approach you don't attack at all. the robots that can shoot you also don't seem to work when playing online with a friend, but works great single player.

So with the upcoming "combat" update with reloading animations. I was worried that the update could break this mod. A dev responded to me with "author of the robot will have to add dummy to the model" so I thought I should tell you about this information.

You can try adding my biocrafting mod to make the wolves give meat or add the cyber wolves mod that replaces the doggies.

There is also earth like and alien animals that can add more organic life.

But right now I'm not making changes to this mod but I hope to have some new ones that you might like better

A few reasons, In a game were you have mechanically focused game play, Space pirates, alien spiders, then.. dogs? pulling motors and computers from a dog after it got the BRRRRT, it's kinda f'd up and makes absolutely no sense. The hit boxes are garbage to top it off. The robots are a WAY more interesting PvE experience.

Aus-z all my bots can be active on the same save. They spawn on all different planet along with the vanilla spider and wolves.

Tiberious the answer is jTurp wrote a script tha t handles the behaviour.

so do either of the creators have a list of what of the npc mods they have made that are all able to be active on the same save eg police bots with zombies or the animals

can you make it so that bots can follow you around and guard you? Is that technically possible? Because I am one of those weirdos who want to roleplay as a marine from starship troopers and having droid buddies who can shoot spiders will be super cool!

The passive bot behaviour has changed in the recent update maybe I can add some distance from the player to stand. You should only get 3 aggressive bots that's hard coded into the script. Is there anything coming up in the log?
