That's the biggest problem with european trucks and vans design.. they look too "modern" and futuristic in general but unfortunately (in my opinion) this is becoming a worldwide trend nowadays...
Regarding Dodge, it doesn't exist anymore the Dodge RAM brand. Now it's only RAM, so the first generation of the Dodge RAM Promaster has now become simply the RAM Promaster.
Fun fact: the new generation of the american Promaster (2019) still looks like the first generation of the Fiat Ducato (luckily.. I'm not a huge fan of its design, but I think that the old generation Ducato looks much better than the new one..)
