Sorry bud, I'm not sure. As someone said before, Medical Attention Updated mod has options to add drunkenness.
@ Weyland - to get an intoxication effect you can use MedicalAttentionUpdated Core. Go check that mod out on the workshop. It is the only one I know of that has any form of alcohol effects.

You could get on the Modding Discord and get help writing a little script that defines each thing as you want.
@Liqu1dShadow, I am at liberty to forbid any kind of manipulation and re-uploading of my own intellectual property. I can also file a DMCA request to have anything using my intellectual property taken down. This is the same for any mod.
The done thing is to ask permission and if it's granted, credit the original creator.
I don't know if that could be done easy tho

It's an artifact of the MA mod you are using.
You need this:

(You need to swap out or update your sever side config with the one from the updated mod)
And remove my bottle classnames from the "AlcoholicDrinkClass" section
Leave "AlcoholicLiquid = Beer" there and then only when the bottles contain beer they will provide effects.

If I remember correctly, you name the item, not the liquid in MA. (It used to be only kvass by default, I think)

Let me check the configs for my mod. I'll need to test things and find out why refills are beer liquid type rather than water liquid type.

I don't really have the time at the moment to do updates, but maybe I will find time at some point.
AFAIK, the 'Beer' liquid type in DZ is still essentially water anyway and has no negative effects.

@\m/ I didn't realise you couldn't purify. I never even thought about that.
It's been a while since I looked at the configs for this mod, but I'm surprised that using the purifying pills is not an option. If it's a quick fix I'll see if I can get it done.
@camsteven28 I had thought of either using the can opener or creating a bottle opener to open the bottles, but I reconsidered as IMO in a survival situation you could quite easily open a crown cap without a specific tool.
I probably won't be doing more with this mod for the foreseeable future.
As such, I've changed my mind about repacking. Feel free to repack this mod in to your server mod packs.
